From the day

Perspective: The Teenager · Sight

I’m sweating under this translucent Bondi Blue iMac, trying to make my baggy cargo pants look cool while a Furby blinks its creepy eyes at me from the shelf. My Rio MP3 player is a total buzzkill since it only holds like ten songs, so I'm just blasting "The Boy Is Mine" on my Discman until the batteries die. Pop-up ads for *Saving Private Ryan* are everywhere, and I’m just trying to scrounge up change for a snack. Mom actually complained that a loaf of bread hit **$0.79**, but honestly, I’ve got bigger problems than inflation.
